Sounds like Polaris 11 lah.

Crude guess: hawaii 425 / 2 = 212 mm2
Probably 40-48 CUs with 256b GDDR5 (or less likely 1x HBM2)
If it comes with GDDR5X controller, the GDDR5X cards would probably ship as a refresh later, since IIRC GDDR5X will not ramp until Q3.

hawaii 425mm^2 @ 28nm = 107mm^2 @ 14nm, 你計錯數

兩邊 16/14nm 基本盤都喺 20nm BEOL, density 2x over 28nm 咋喎.
