因為授權問題，MacOSX呢世都唔會write到NTFS。(核心本身support)

Mac OSX can only read NTFS natively, but can't not write.
There are ways to read NTFS partitions On OSX using 3rd party sowawares.
Just type "Write NTFS on Mac" on google

Using exfat is an option only if you are not going to use the HDD in win XP.

XP can use exFAT by exFAT update from Microsoft.(download at download center, windows update don't provide it.)
