我想搬部NAS去部MEDIA PLAYER隔離，再用LAN線駁埋部NAS/MEDIA PLAYER，即係唔經ROUTER/SWITCH呢D野

係咪唔可以用普通LAN線?

cable itself is same, just the copper lines connect to plug is different

crossover 只係兩邊頭夾法standard 頭尾唔同 (568A/568B)
一般拮Router 用既straight through 係頭尾一樣

if both can set static ip address, should be ok

if media player must get ip from DHCP server (i.e. router), then...

咦，咁似乎唔得.......因為我仲想部NAS/MEDIA用WIFI CONNECT ROUTER，咁應該只可以一個IP............

咁要諗諗買條>10M既CAT6.........
