fluorescent lamp=backlight! One piece behind the LCD panel.

actually, except screen output problem. maybe all guys missed another problem. "can't turn on normally"...
when i press "power on" button on the monitor, can't turn on. before i need to un-plug power socket & plug-in again to turn on. now, even i do it, i can't turn on. just suddenly it turns on automatically if my desktop computer is in operation

BTW, searching 23/24" mon now (*** or Dell)

May be. 其實香港整會缺零件，華强整好機會大。不過來來回回好煩。背光一定要裝得好fit否則會漏光變色。
