How to provide new info?

I mean the reason for providing new info as excuse?

i phone them

coz i order 1 16W only in Nov
then i said why u called off my order for 2 16B in 23Dec??

then he said...one customer can buy only 2 iphone 4s

then i answered ...yes....i just need 1 ...not 2....can u revive 1 16B for me??

then he said he will send that to review...

and when i checked status at nite...cancel-->>pi
with 2 16B....though i am not sure whether i will get 1 or 2 when they deliver
