Not the PSU, I mean you need to check your Main for the voltage fluctuation.......or simply add an UPS.

I am not sure, but the same set up works in A shop, that is the point.
Or you may try after 拜神.

For the mentioned suggestion, cases were spotted on Chiphell.

Not sure should I name them as you said, but there are someone who do not have a stable Main power supply from the socket.

But actually you may need someone to check and maybe fixing the power supply for your flat.
Or you may simply add a surge suppressor to see if it can help, as the problem can be caused by a malfunction of an electronic devices nearby.
