so if i want to use ARK mode, only switch to that mode and reboot? no need to uninstall and reinstall apps?

N4 got OTA a few hours ago, tried and WhatsApp now works with ART mode

Exynos devices may affect by this issue since the source code of CPU is not distributed by ***.
Current CM Exynos builds are base on old Linux kernel and driver.
