CM10 also have another kai bug, WiFi tethering cannot set password, otherwise cannot be used :o)

CWM: Wipe Cache / Factory Reset IF you're on any ROM other than AOSP JB (May work without fullwipe from older PA versions if your /data folder is not full of things)
        Install ROM: Here (MD5: 16395ab6ea7ead6632c649a6f86bf211)
        Install Gapps: Here
        CWM: Wipe Cache Partition
        CWM: Advanced/Wipe Dalvik Cache
        Reboot
