HP Stacked Memory 未有 Standard. LP 就話有 Wide I/O，但係都比唔上 DDR3 既 BW.
簡單 D 黎講，唔係 eDRAM Interposers，就只會係 MCM with GDDR5/XDR2. XDR2 都無量產跡像，可能性較低。

So... 1GB for Kaveri, 512MB for Kabini?
