From VR-Zone, it looks N56>N66>N16 in terms of NAT(N66U tested on a beta firmware), while it can't tell before the release and the formal test results are available.

Based on beta firmware, I believe hardware-NAT was not enabled.
This device comes with Hardware-NAT such that NAT should be able to reach > 900Mbits/s
